The Great Work is not global transformation.
It is personal coherence.
Change radiates outward naturally when inner order is established. Attempts to reform the world without inner refinement only reproduce disorder in new forms.
Rosicrucianism teaches:

allow influence to arise organically
The rose does not force itself to bloom.
It blooms because conditions are right.
